No. This practice is operated by a licensed paralegal and notary public regulated by the Law Society of Ontario. Paralegals are authorized to provide certain legal services, but their scope of practice differs from that of lawyers.
We assist with notary and commissioner services, affidavits and statutory declarations, permitted legal document preparation, and selected tribunal or Small Claims matters. If a matter falls outside our scope, we will advise you accordingly.
Legal information and assistance are provided where permitted. Legal advice for matters requiring a lawyer, including estate planning, is provided exclusively by a licensed Ontario lawyer through lawyer-partnered services.
If a matter falls outside the paralegal scope of practice, we will not proceed independently. We may provide referrals or suggest appropriate legal or community resources.
Wills and powers of attorney are offered only through collaboration with a licensed Ontario lawyer. All drafting and legal advice are provided solely by the lawyer. Our role is limited to administrative coordination and notarization where applicable.
